We pack every order carefully so it arrives in one piece.

Orders ship within the U.S. for a flat $15.00, shown at checkout. Pickup at 1636 Route 72 W, Manahawkin is free.

We ship your repaired device back following the instructions on your mail-in form, after your repair is paid for.

Shipments without insurance travel at your own risk. If you send your device in a generic box, it comes back in a generic box at your own risk. We can’t insure prepaid labels you provide, so add insurance yourself if you want it.

If you’re not happy with a product or you’ve changed your mind, we’ll refund or exchange it.

Ask us about any restocking fee before you send an item back.

Repairs are covered by our 60-day warranty rather than returns. If a warranty repair can’t be fixed, we refund you minus the repair-attempt fee and return shipping.
